If you can't find an answer to your question on the Support Website, or have been told to contact us then fill out the Service Form. This will send an email to RT, our helpdesk system.

Alternatively you can email support{at}help.netsoc.tcd.ie or drop into the Netsoc Room.

There might also be someone able to help you on IRC which you can access using chat.
